| Capability building seminar for officers conducted |

Directors, officers and the different members of the committees of AKAMPC underwent several capability building seminars in order to capacitate them and eventually operate smoothly the cooperative’s affairs and steer it to the proper and right direction with equally well-documented records with respect to but not limited to its minutes, resolutions, and financial dealings.
They underwent seminars on record keeping and bookkeeping as well as on leadership on May 11 and 23, 2007 and June 14, 2007, respectively.
The record keeping was conducted by one of the Board of Directors and the abled Secretary to the Sanggunian, Ms. Margaret F. Farolan, while simple accounting and bookkeeping was conducted Ms. Nellie E. Galvan.
On leadership, it was conducted also by one of the Board of Directors and the present City Human Resource Officer, Mr. Melchor G. Ancheta.
